How long will it take to receive my order?
Every Zoe + Zelda piece is made-to-order just for you, which means no overproduction and more intentional design.
Please allow 2-5 business days for production. After that, your item ships — and delivery time depends on where you are in the world.
Estimated shipping times after production:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! 🌍
We ship globally from fulfillment centers in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Latvia, Japan, Brazil, and Australia, so your order gets printed and shipped from the location closest to you when possible.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your door. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or search “Zoe + Zelda” in your inbox.
What if my package hasn’t arrived?
First, double-check your tracking number for updates. If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, try checking with neighbors or your local carrier.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier first to help locate the order. Still stuck? Reach out to us — we’ll do what we can to help.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at the moment. Since all items are made-to-order, we currently focus on keeping production efficient and eco-conscious.
Are there any countries you don’t ship to?
Unfortunately, yes — there are a few places we can’t currently ship to due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations. It’s not personal, it’s policy.
We’re always keeping an eye on global updates, but as of now, we don’t ship to:
- Crimea, Luhansk & Donetsk regions (Ukraine)
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip (Palestine)
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
