Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, as every Zoe + Zelda piece is made-to-order just for you. This helps us reduce waste and stay aligned with our slow fashion values. Each item is printed especially for the style and size you select, so once it's made — it's yours!
We know it’s a different approach than fast fashion, but we believe it's worth it — for the planet, for creativity, and for a more intentional shopping experience.
What if I received the wrong item or there’s a print issue?
If something’s off, we’ll absolutely make it right. Whether there’s a print error, incorrect item, or anything else production-related, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and the issue
- A quick note about what went wrong

European Union Consumer Notice
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized or made-to-order goods. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
