Return Policy

Can I return my order?

Yes! We want you to love your Zoe + Zelda pieces. If something’s not quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Just make sure your item is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition (including the original packaging).

Do you offer exchanges?

Because each Zoe + Zelda piece is made-to-order in your selected style and size, we’re unable to offer exchanges at this time. The best option is to return your item for a refund and place a new order if you’d like a different style or size.

Can I change or modify my order after placing it?

We’re happy to help with order corrections when possible. If you notice an error such as the wrong size, model, color, finish, or design, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order so we can make the adjustment.

All Zoe + Zelda items are made to order based on each customer’s selection and begin production shortly after an order is placed. Once an order enters production, we’re unable to make changes or modifications, or cancellations.

If you need to request a change, please email us as soon as possible at hello@zoeandzelda.com and include your order number. Reaching out quickly gives us the best chance to assist before production begins.

How do I start a return?

You can easily start a return by logging into your account at account.zoeandzelda.com. Once logged in, select your order and click “Request Return.”

Is there a fee for returns?

For U.S. customers, we provide a prepaid return label with a $8.99 shipping and handling fee deducted from your refund.

International customers (outside the U.S.) are responsible for their own return shipping costs and do not receive a prepaid label.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I return a sale item?

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if I received the wrong item or there’s a print issue?

If something’s off, we’ll absolutely make it right. Whether there’s a print error, incorrect item, or anything else production-related, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and the issue
  • A quick note about what went wrong

European Union Consumer Notice

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized or made-to-order goods. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
