Where are Zoe + Zelda products made?
All of our designs are created in Austin, Texas, where Zoe + Zelda is proudly registered. Every piece is printed just for you through our trusted partner facilities located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Spain, UK, and Latvia, with additional support from fulfillment centers in Japan, Brazil, and Australia.
We keep it global so your order ships from the location closest to you — faster delivery, lower emissions, and all the made-to-order magic.
Are your phone cases protective?
Yes. Zoe + Zelda Tough Cases are designed to protect your phone from everyday drops and wear. They feature a double-layer build with a shock-absorbing inner layer and a durable outer shell, offering reliable protection without sacrificing style.
Are your products sustainably made?
Yes! We believe fashion should feel good and do good. Every item is made-to-order to reduce waste, and we work with ethical print partners who share our values.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! Every Zoe + Zelda piece is made-to-order and shipped internationally from our trusted production partners.
Delivery times vary by destination and are shown as estimates at checkout. While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, customs processing, local carrier delays, or holidays can occasionally cause slight delays.
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is on its way to you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every Zoe + Zelda piece is made-to-order just for you, which means no overproduction and more intentional design. Please allow 2–5 business days for production. After that, your item ships, and delivery time depends on where you are in the world.
Estimated shipping times after production and dispatch:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Canada: 3–6 business days
- Mexico: 4–10 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–8 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 2–8 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates based on carrier transit times and begin once your order is produced and dispatched. While most orders arrive within the estimated window, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary slightly due to carrier conditions.
For international orders, will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Some countries may charge customs, VAT, or import duties on international packages. These fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility if applied.
Since customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order. We’re not able to predict or cover these costs, but we appreciate your understanding!
Can I change or modify my order after placing it?
We’re happy to help with order corrections when possible. If you notice an error such as the wrong size, model, color, finish, or design, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order so we can make the adjustment.
All Zoe + Zelda items are made to order based on each customer’s selection and begin production shortly after an order is placed. Once an order enters production, we’re unable to make changes, modifications, or cancellations.
If you need to request a change, please email us as soon as possible at hello@zoeandzelda.com and include your order number. Reaching out quickly gives us the best chance to assist before production begins.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item isn’t quite right. Because each Zoe + Zelda piece is made-to-order, we’re unable to offer exchanges at this time. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us at hello@zoeandzelda.com and we’ll make it right. Visit our Return Policy for more details.
